St Peter's Year 5 are on a roll! This week our pupils visited the National Railway Museum. They were looking at how machines work to enrich their English work.
Year 5 were focusing on the parts of the engines and what they did, the children had to think of onomatopoeic words to describe the sounds and similes for the movement.
"It was really cool to see the engine parts and how they turned" - Bea.
"Drawing the engine parts was fun!" - Phoebe
