Our junior boarders in Wentworth made the most of their first week of term with a series of fun activities.
On Monday the boarders enjoyed a House BBQ with team-building games. The boarders enjoyed getting to know the House staff and playing games with their new housemates.
On Tuesday the pupils took part in a Zorb Football match with an external company, SpeedKix! That's certainly one way for the boarders to get to know their new housemates...
Wentworth chilled out on Wednesday with a film night, eating pizza and ice cream, and on Thursday our boarders got creative at the Rainbows Café in York.
There was a fun swim on Friday in the school's indoor swimming pool.
The fun continued into this weekend as well, as the boarders enjoyed a Boarders' Supper at St Peter’s followed by exploring York and the local area with Mr and Mrs Sharp on Sunday.
It is great to see the boarders having such fun and we look forward to the rest of the activities we have lined up this term.
We make sure that our pupils have all of the comforts, fun and practicalities they would have if they were at home. Find out more about boarding here.
