Old Peterite Harry Cooke (2001) helped to host the Old Peterite Christmas Drinks this year with an online exclusive York Gin Tasting Event on Friday 18 December 2020.
Old Peterites and Old Peterite Parents joined Zoom with their tasting boxes at the ready, which contained 5 of the award-winning York Gins, mixers and garnishes to try throughout the evening.
In between testing each of the gins Harry gave a great overview of the story of York Gin and how he has now changed his career to work full time at York Gin. He shared great insights in to the industry and how well York Gin has done as a new arrival on the gin scene.
It was a great evening, and a fabulous way to embrace the technology and bring together OPs from across the country for Christmas drinks and the gin was delicious!
